At ZAL Collections, every piece is carefully selected, quality-checked, and packed before shipment to maintain our brand standards. Due to the nature of ethnic and occasion wear, all purchases are considered final sale unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incomplete.
We kindly ask customers to review the size guide, measurements, and fabric details carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to answer any questions prior to purchase.
No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing
ZAL Collections does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Color difference due to lighting/screen settings

Minor design variations, embroidery placement, or fabric texture

Personal preference after receiving the item
Sizing charts are provided as a guide only. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Alterations may be required, which is common with ethnic clothing.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:

A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened
The unboxing video is mandatory for damage or missing item claims. Claims without a continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.
If the claim is approved, customers may be offered:

Replacement (subject to availability)

Refund to original payment method
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping Responsibility

Refund Processing
If a return is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.
