1. Shipping Coverage

ZAL Collections ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

For international shipping please contact us via Whatsapp.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping is available for the postcodes in western suburbs of Melbourne.

4. Delivery Partners

We use reputable courier services such as Australia Post, Sendle, or other local carriers to ensure timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.
  • Orders with a PO Box address will be cancelled and partial refund will be processed.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, peak seasons, or courier delays may cause slight disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
